- Agency Rights: Yala Tracker retains ownership of any pre-existing code, modular libraries, or proprietary “developer tools” used to build your project. We grant you a non-exclusive, perpetual license to use these components as part of your application.
- Portfolio Rights: Unless a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is specifically signed, Yala Tracker reserves the right to display the project in our portfolio and marketing materials.
2.3 Payment Terms and Subscriptions
For subscription-based plans, payments are billed in advance on an annual or monthly basis. Failure to clear invoices may result in the temporary suspension of development services or hosting environments.
2.4 Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Yala Tracker, nor its directors or employees, be held liable for anything arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the software we develop.
